Emergency Card Information

It is the policy of Jefferson Parish Schools that upon registration and every year thereafter, the principal/designee will secure information necessary to complete the Emergency Card. It is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian to notify the school if changes occur during the school year. Falsification of information on the Emergency Card by a student may result in disciplinary action.

It is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian to notify the school if changes occur during the school year, and update the student Emergency Card as needed.

Información de la Tarjeta de Emergencia 

Es la política de Jefferson Parish Schools que tras la inscripción y cada año a partir de allí, el director/persona designada asegurará la información necesaria para completar la tarjeta de emergencia. Es responsabilidad del padre/madre/tutor legal notificar a la escuela si ocurren cambios durante el año lectivo. La falsificación de la información en la tarjeta de emergencia de parte de un estudiante puede tener como resultado una medida disciplinaria. 

Es responsabilidad del padre/tutor legal notificar a la escuela si ocurren cambios durante el año escolar y actualizar la Tarjeta de Emergencia del estudiante según sea necesario.
