Title I Family Engagement Policy and Program Survey

This survey provides administrators and educators the opportunity to recognize strengths in our family engagement practices and create strategies for improvement.

The survey consists of 28 items and is designed to gather feedback from parents and guardians about the school system as a whole and individual schools. Individual responses are confidential. 

The survey is designed to be completed by parents or guardians, one per family (not child). 

The Title I Parent & Family Engagement Survey aims to gather parents and guardians feedback on our school efforts to involve you in your child's education, helping our school improve the Title I program and services.
