Setting JP Schools students up for success from the very beginning!
The Louisiana Legislature passed a law this spring that prohibits students from using electronic devices (cell phones) on school property during the instructional day.
Our current policy also says that electronic devices such as cell phones must be turned off and stored out of sight during the school day. As a reminder, violations of School Board Policy JCDAE will result in progressive discipline in accordance with the JP Schools Code of Conduct as set forth in the Procedures and Policies for Parents and Students.

School Wide Pep Rally and Goal Setting Day October 6, 2022
G.T. Woods would like to say a big, "Thank You," to Proclaimed Community Outreach. As a part of their grant, we were able to surprise our students with free snowballs after our School Wide Pep Rally and Goal Setting Day. Students received their data binders and set their personal goals for the year, and then ended the day cooling off with a refreshing snowball.
Thank you Proclaimed Community Outreach!
